Bloukrans range is a collection of contemporary desk objects. The range consists of a ruler, letter opener, stationery tray, tape dispenser. The designs are influenced by the Bloukrans bridge n South Africa. The set is intended to be minimalistic yet functional, so they can be used as desk ornaments instead of storing them in a drawer. The products are made out of copper, with both brushed and polished finishes; using sheet metal and water jet cutting techniques. The pieces can be manufactured at little expense whilst having a very modern and stylish aesthetic.
